Happy Sunday! I’m so excited to share this wedding with you! This wedding is filled with emotion (thank you Steven…crying grooms have a special place in our hearts).
We ventured to Harrisburg to shoot their wedding at the Peter Allen House. It was nice to be shooting in that area again. I grew up in that area and we don’t shoot there very often. Hopefully, we’ll get the chance to shoot there more 🙂
These love birds are a perfect pair. Have you ever met two people so in love that it’s so easy to imagine them at 70 years old, sitting on their front porch together, holding hands, and still happily married? I can see that. Seriously, the thought brought me to tears. They are exactly WHY we shoot weddings. We believe in love. Plain and simple.
Steve and Julia, you have a love so pure, hold onto that! Thank you both for being so awesome! Bridal party you are all awesome too, y’all rock our socks off!
Enjoy your holiday weekend everyone!
xoxo
Melissa.
I love these mismatched bridesmaids dresses! Lace and sparkles!
And being a girl who wears Toms to just about every shoot, of course I love Julia’s selection in footwear!
Emotional dad and daughter first looks get me at the core! Gotta love dads!
Originally, Steve and Julia were not going to do a first look. However, she convinced him and I’m so glad they did it. It was probably the most emotional part of the day. I love that they didn’t hold back!
This dog really has nothing to do with their wedding…he just happened to be watching us taking pictures and I thought his teeth and face were too cugly (cute and ugly) to not throw in here.
Why would a frog take a 5 foot jump? haha. Maybe it knew..she already had found her prince charming, that ship has sailed…abort ship…haha {insert corny laugh…snort}
When I go through the images, I’m always amazed when I get to the guys shots. I always think, I’ve seen it all.
Shades of pink, green and gold….LOVE!
Lace tablecloths and runners!!! Omg. Okay, I’m a girl…I love girly details…it’s like a guy talking cars or sports or whatever…
And some rainy night portraits! A perfect way to end the night <3
