Having kids that like playing in the rain is awesome.  Not just because they aren’t a bunch of sissies but because there is always photographic opportunity!  Yesterday there was a bout of rain that gave that opportunity.  This picture was taken 5/24/12 @ 7:02pm.  Melissa first saw the light mixed with the rain and ran out with the camera shoved under her shirt.  Then the girls took advantage of the rain and that how we ended up with this picture.

We also chose this picture because they are running together, holding hands.  This just warms my heart.  Their not just sisters and friends.  Their connected.  Seeing their bond always amazes Melissa and I.  We’re blessed and we know it.

Also, Melissa getting excited about the light makes me so happy!  She’s an amazing photographer and always surprises me with her vision.
