We adore this wedding that we shot in October at the Morris Arboretum.
This wedding is filled with ridiculously funny gorgeous ladies, studly men wearing manly halloween socks, lots of purples and oranges, rain, and a whole lot of happiness!
I feel like I’ve been sharing a lot of rainy weddings lately. Rain happens, there is no avoiding it. Rain can be a pain sometimes, but other times, with an open mind, rain can create some of the most stunning portraits ever.
The rain we shot in was a constant heavy drizzle. So it was nothing too intense. It was the kind of rain that could easily become annoying too. You’re thinking…Okay, it’s going to stop soon, but then it never stops.
But it did stop, after portraits of course, but when it had passed, the thickest and heaviest fog settled in. This fog allowed us to shoot some of our favorite night portraits, ever. You can’t get those on a super sunny and clear day. Right? ;0)
Enjoy some of our favorite images from their wedding!
