I can’t think of a better way to start off 2012 than a winter wedding! Some despise cold weather, rain and snow. I for one love them all. In fact, I’m still anxiously waiting for our first major snow storm…(To watch Michael shovel of course ;0)
Some of the most romantic weddings we’ve ever photographed have been winter weddings. How could it not be though? Everything is white (well sometimes), it’s bitter cold outside and you just want to snuggle closely to another, fire places lit, and portraits at night, all of which is very romantic!
Brad & Jenna got married at the perfect setting for a winter wedding. If you want to have snow on your wedding day (in the winter), why not have your wedding at a ski lodge? They chose to have their wedding at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, a perfect choice.
I do want to thank Jennifer Baumann, our associate photographer, for coming along to this wedding. It was great having you!
I also want to thank Brad and Jenna for enduring some pretty extremely cold temperatures. I hope after seeing the images, you feel it was worth it =0) Thank you so much for choosing us to photograph your wedding day. It was truly a pleasure.
Below are images from their wedding. To see more of their wedding, check out their slideshow.
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Snow (their last name being snow…again fits right into the winter wedding and location)!
<3.
Melissa.

Stunning, especially that last photo. What a beautiful bride! Makes me wish I could have another wedding so we could photograph it all over again!
Yeah you’re right! You should totally renew your vows for your 2 yr anniversary ;0)
I agree the last photo is one of those photos that come along once in a while, loved it and the 2nd to last as well but that last photo is well there are no words.
Starting off the new year right…niiiiiiice work gang!
Congrats Jenna and Brad. The father/bride picture was price less. Can definitely see you mother in you, Jenna. Missed seeing any pictures of mom. You’ll have to ask her about dancing at Mr T’s in 1981 and how your father introduced your mom to me.
Stunning photography. Must have been a little difficult in such cold weather though. The final photo in the set is amazing. Top quality work!
Thank you David! It was freezing but more than worth it =0)
