I would say last week was a good week of shoots for us. On Sunday we shot Anna Pia & Michael's anniversary shoot. After initially speaking with her, I found out that they got married on a special day. Capturing a wedding is one thing....fun, hectic, emotional, amazing...all of those feelings in one day. It's another thing to capture that same couple's new adventure into parenthood. Not only is Ian incredibly cute, he's also very charming. This stage of the first year is a fun one (10-12 months). He's already walking (a lot), which blew my mind. Brittany and Pat have been happily together for 8 years (married for 2). Our second shoot of the weekend was Audrey. This adorable little girl, full of personality. We first met Audrey 1 year ago when we took pictures of her when she was only 6 months old. It was more like we just took on taking pictures of Janine in New York City rather than New York City itself, lol. It seems that no matter what we do or where we go, we always have many stories to share. Our day trip to New York was no exception, the day was filled with laughs (and at one point yelling, lol). Yesterday, I took pictures of my great friend Jackie for her cake biz. She was a great sport! She allowed me to do her makeup and put fake eyelashes on her for the shoot. She even considered wearing heels, which didn't happen, but I was not about to complain after the level of discomfort she was willing to take on during this shoot (fake eyelashes, skinny jeans, spanx..to name a few).
